Currently reading Bespelling Jane Austen and just started reading Janet's novella in it, Little to Hex Her. I'll read Jane and the Damned next so can't wait to start on reading it.

Thanks for making this giveaway as international, MG.

evangelineace2020(at)yahoo(dot)comLĂșthien84https://www.blogger.com/profile/15390711363301378521noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8954683999390981517.post-47515853430206632242010-11-16T22:48:07.467+01:002010-11-16T22:48:07.467+01:00yeah...i love giveaways....too bad you can't a...yeah...i love giveaways....too bad you can't add Mr. Thornton or Mr. Darcy to the giveaway...i will live...thanks
mrobinson@dailyprogress.comMs. Robinsonhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10395327076950001137noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8954683999390981517.post-45727788005432728652010-11-12T05:55:42.807+01:002010-11-12T05:55:42.807+01:00Thanks for an interesting interview. Why rewrite a story when you can create a new character and write a story with her? I love anthologies and BESPELLING JANE AUSTEN sounds like a lot of fun. Taking a story line from Regency time and rewriting it as a contemporary offers some great story possibilities.

Thank you for the giveaway.

librarypat AT comcast DOT netAnonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8954683999390981517.post-85937101715980188272010-11-12T03:12:39.572+01:002010-11-12T03:12:39.572+01:00Hi everyone, I thought I'd posted before but I...Hi everyone, I thought I'd posted before but I don't know what happened to that message!

One of the great things about writing books that feature Austen is the conversations I have with other Austen enthusiasts.

I think I must agree with @Alexa, tho, that there enough and affection and common sense between Tilney and Catherine to keep their relationship strong. I never before considered Tilney and Catherine turning into Mr. and Mrs. Bennet, and like to think that Catherine has a lot more innate sense than Mrs. Bennet, and that Tilney would help to cultivate that, rather than neglect her. Nonetheless, great food for thought!
